What we collect
Account & authentication
- Email and password/passkey for login
- Session tokens to keep you signed in
- Device IDs (anonymized) for security and fraud prevention
Gameplay data
- Saved players, game history, scores, preferences
- Feedback you provide in-app
Payments
- Handled by the App Store; we do not store full card details
Diagnostics
- App performance, crash logs, basic analytics to improve reliability
How we use data
- Provide and improve the app, including sync across devices.
- Process payments for Pro through the App Store.
- Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate updates, billing notices, and support responses.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to run the service:
- Authentication and data storage via our cloud provider (e.g., Supabase).
- Payments processed by the App Store; we do not see full card data.
- Crash/analytics tools to improve stability (no selling of data to third parties).
- Law enforcement requests only when required by law.
Your choices
- Access/update: edit your account details in Settings.
- Delete: request deletion of your account and data via support@scorekeeperapp.com.
- Cookies/storage: used to keep you signed in and sync games; disable in your browser to opt out (may impact app function).
- Marketing: you can opt out of non-essential emails from email footers.
Data security & retention
We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and least-privilege controls. Data is retained while your account is active and as required for legal, billing, or security purposes; deleted upon verified request when feasible.
