Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the ScoreKeeper Tracker mobile app and web service, including Pro subscriptions.
By using ScoreKeeper Tracker (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must keep your credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Pro is offered as monthly or annual. Charges are processed by the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is shown at checkout. Taxes may apply.
You can cancel anytime from Settings or via your App Store subscription settings. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with others, or attempt to access data without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
You retain rights to your data (scores, players, preferences). You grant us permission to process and store it to operate the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee availability. Features may change, and the service may be updated or discontinued with notice where practicable.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months prior to the claim, where allowed.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
